There is another online casino option coming to the state of Pennsylvania. Rush Street Interactive announced Thursday in a press release they will be adding games to its existing Rivers Casino Pittsburgh online sportsbook, BetRivers.

“We wanted to launch our award-winning online casino platform prior to the Super Bowl,” said Richard Schwartz, president of Rush Street Interactive, which operates BetRivers.com. “Our experience in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with PlaySugarHouse.com has validated that online sportsbook players also enjoy the full-services of our casinos, especially the table games.”

More With Less Hassle

This is more of an expansion than anything else as the company is simply going to add its already existing online casino games to its online Pennsylvania sportsbook. This way, players can immediately begin playing online table games, slots, and specialty games via BetRivers.

The move is a streamlining as well as now online players will be able to access the same accounts, profiles, and wallets between their online casino and online sportsbook. Players will be able to seamlessly switch back and forth between the sportsbook and casino using their phones, tablets and personal computers instead of logging in and out of one to get to another.

The platform has debuted at BetRivers with a wide variety of classic casino games that includes online table games, like blackjack, craps, roulette and baccarat. There will also be over 60 online slot games available soon.

The options won’t stop there either as the company also promises to add more games very quickly once the various online casino game vendors they are partnered with gain the necessary approval to launch in the state from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Rush Street Interactive Has The Experience

Their experience in knowing what online gamblers want shows. Rush Street Interactive, which has partners in Pennsylvania with Rivers Casino Philadelphia and Rivers Casino Pittsburgh, was the first operator in the U.S. to provide a fully integrated online sportsbook and casino in 2016 when they launched in New Jersey.

Elsewhere in the Keystone State, the company operates SugarHouse’s online casino via its partnership with Rivers Casino Philadelphia. SugarHouse was one of the early entries into the online casino game industry in Pennsylvania alongside PokerStars Casino.

“We are proud to now offer more betting action and excitement by adding the online casino at BetRivers.com,” Schwartz said. “The unique full-service casino on PlaySugarHouse.com in Pennsylvania, which launched in July using the same platform, has achieved market share of greater than 40% in Q4 of last year, and we expect players will similarly enjoy the BetRivers.com experience.”

Those are big numbers in a big state that has gone big on online gambling.
